I was in the mood for some FRESH salsa the other night and when I say salsa I mean the kind you get at a restaurant and not that gross chunky stuff out of a jar! This recipe is so easy it is ridiculous!
1 28oz can whole tomatoes 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies (I like Rotel) ¼ cup chopped onion ½ cup chopped cilantro (I did a tad more than this but I’m a cilantro junky) ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp sugar ¼ tsp cumin 1 jalapeño sliced Half a lime (squeeze the juice) Combine all the ingredients in to a food processor (do not drain the
tomatoes) blend and serve!
